Cacti Nut Plugin

A script for cacti to talk to Network UPS tools over sockets to collect various statistics on supported UPS.
This was originally found on Eric A. Hall's site ( http://www.eric-a-hall.com/software/cacti-nut/ ). I was very excited to have found a NUT plugin to graph things for cacti. The NUT protocol is very simple, can be tested over telnet, and so this one operates using sockets and that's excellent.

However, I found a few bugs in the software, and no way to contact Eric on his site. So I decided that I would fix it, and put it up somewhere where others can get to it.
